Welcome to Wood Creek!

A walk to the village for coffee or a stop at the library, a hike on the Auburn Trail to the post office, or a concert by the Erie Canal are among the many pleasures of our convenientlocation near historic Pittsford village.

Founded in 1984, Wood Creek was among the first local townhouse communities governed by a volunteer-led housing association. Our elected Board of Directors works with the Property Management Company to keep the community well maintained, including the grounds and building exteriors. Recent improvements include new roofs and repaving Wood Creek Drive, while tree trimming and landscape care continue regularly.

The Board is committed to keeping residents informed. Our “Residents Only” website includes Board member contact information, a resident directory, and key documents such as the Wood Creek Policies and Bylaws. The Community Update newsletter and Treasurer’s Report are posted there each month, and residents also receive The Community Update by
email. Announcements regarding social events and our monthly Board meetings are posted on the mailbox pods. Meetings are open to residents.

Walking is a favorite pastime at Wood Creek, and you’re likely to see me and my Bernedoodle, Sadie, out in every kind of weather. Please stop and say hello.
